Visits to home setting to work with clients in their natural environments to promote independence in their daily life.
Individually tailored therapy programs to help improve productivity and engagement in meaningful daily activities at home.
Comprehensive assessments for assistive technology within the home environment and minor home modifications.
Assessment and completion of reports for Supported Disability Accommodation and Functional Capacity Assessments
Collaborating with clients and caregivers to develop strategies which can be used to maximise outcomes for clients.

COMMUNITY VISITS

Provision of targeted assessment and practice with assistive technology in a variety of settings such as shopping centres, local parks or on public transport.

Individually tailored programs to optimise independence in meaningful daily activities in the community.

TELEHEALTH

Available as needed to provide ongoing support and therapy where face to face therapy is not practical or indicated, or as preferred by clients and caregivers
